What Rice Liquid Glucose is
Liquid Glucose is an aqueous solution of nutritive saccharide obtained by starch hydrolysis, using Corn and Rice as raw material, which is purified and concentrated to required solids. It is a clear transparent viscous liquid sweet syrup, odorless and processed under hygienic conditions.
Known as Glucose syrup or Corn syrup, it offers advantages like anti-crystallization properties, lower freezing point, and high sweetening power relative to sucrose. It is particularly useful where high concentrations of invert sugars are required.
Tajpuriya Agritech Pvt. Ltd. operates a Liquid Glucose manufacturing facility at Majhola (Khatima), Uttarakhand with a production capacity of 1000 MT per month. The facility is equipped with a microbiology laboratory and follows strict quality control measures.
